The Village

 
Potamia village is built at the mountain foot and is surrounded by pine forests. It is a traditional settlement, where visitors may ramble and revive by the mountain's fresh air. Our hotel is located at Scala Potamias, right underneath Potamia village.

Scala Potamias is the summer settlement of Potamia village. A distinctive feature of the settlement is the small harbour with the fishing boats, "Tarnasas" - the old dockyard and its endless beaches. The visitor may tour among the small shops, talk to the fishermen and enjoy the sand and the sea.

 Vaggis' sculpture museum, at Potamia village, where you can admire the works of the artist is also worth visiting. Vaggis lived in North America for many years and left his works at the place where he was born as a cultural heritage.
